โครงการ Retail Management : The Best Practice Series บริหารธุรกิจค้าปลีก สวนกระแสเศรษฐกิจโลก เป็นโครงการความร่วมมือระหว่าง ศูนย์การเรียนรู้ M academy และศูนย์ให้คำปรึกษาและพัฒนาผู้บริหารทางธุรกิจแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ (Thammasat Consulting Networking & Coaching Center: CONC Thammasat) จัดโครงการดังกล่าวขึ้น โดยแนวความคิด กลยุทธ์ และแนวทางการทำงานการบริหารจัดการงานค้าปลีกต่างๆ เพื่อส่งเสริมให้ธุรกิจประสบความสำเร็จสวนกระแสความท้าทายของธุรกิจในโลกปัจจุบัน ซึ่งจะถ่ายทอดผ่านประสบการณ์จริงจากวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและมีความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญในแต่ละด้าน นอกเหนือจากความรู้เชิงวิชาการที่ออกแบบมาให้เพื่อนำไปใช้ได้จริงแล้ว หลักสูตรนี้ยังเน้นการเรียนรู้ผ่านกรณีศึกษาและนำมาประยุกต์ใช้กับโครงการจริงพร้อมรับคำปรึกษาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะด้านอย่างใกล้ชิดตลอดหลักสูตร อีกทั้งมีการทัศนศึกษาดูงานจากกรณีศึกษาจริงในองค์กรที่มีความโดดเด่นหัวข้ออบรมสัมมนา
