     Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) 4th Edition หรือ “การยื่นขออนุมัติชิ้นส่วนการผลิต” ซึ่ง PPAP เป็นหนึ่งใน Core Tools ตามข้อกำหนด IATF 16949:2016 ระบบมาตรฐานคุณภาพชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ ผู้ผลิตที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ทุกลำดับขั้นจำเป็นจะต้องยื่นเอกสารขออนุมัติชิ้นส่วนการผลิต หรือ “PPAP” ให้กับคู่ค้าของตนตามลำดับขั้น ตามข้อกำหนดจะต้องยื่นเอกสาร PPAP ให้ลูกค้าช่วง New Model และเมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้าน Engineering

     PPAP เป็นเอกสารที่ใช้รับประกันคุณภาพกระบวนการผลิตและผลิตภัณฑ์ซึ่งมีผลทางกฎหมาย ดังนั้นจะเห็นได้ว่าโรงงาน OEM ทุกที่ค่อนข้างที่จะ Approval เอกสาร PPAP ยากและต้องมั่นใจว่าเอกสารทุกฉบับได้จัดทำอย่างถูกต้องเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด ข้อกฎหมายทุกประการ ทุกองค์กรในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ได้มีการอบรมข้อกำหนด Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) 4th Edition ไปแล้วแต่กลับพบว่าการแปลงข้อกำหนดมาใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานในองค์กรยังไม่มีประสิทธิภาพเท่าที่ควร และเอกสารที่ประกอบใน PPAP ก็มาจากหลายส่วนงานดังนั้นผู้ที่มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบรวมถึงผู้ที่ทำการรวบรวมเอกสาร PPAP เพื่อ Submission ให้ลูกค้าต้องเข้าใจความสำคัญและเงื่อนไขเอกสารนั้นเป็นอย่างดี ในหลักสูตรนี้ผู้เข้าอบรมจะได้ทราบเทคนิคการตีความข้อกำหนด การจัดทำเอกสารทั้ง 18 Element และเงื่อนไขการยื่นเอกสาร PPAP ในแต่ละเฟสอย่างละเอียดทุกฉบับ ทุกขั้นตอน
