1. This seminar deals with Earned Value Management (EVM) as a basic communication management tool of Projects. EVM is an effective tool for monitoring and evaluating project performance integrating cost, time and scope accomplishments.
2. In the latter part of seminar, the way to apply theoretical knowledge on Business Psychology to real business will be described.
1. Definition of “Project” (15 minutes)
2. Project Management Tools; Work Breakdown Structure(WBS), Gantt Chart, Earned Value Management(EVM) (15 minutes)
3. Basic Components of EVM; Planed Value(PV), Actual Cost (AC) and Earned Valued(EV) (60 minutes)
4. Motivation and Leadership theory (20 minutes)
5. Risks of Group Consensus Making (60 minutes)
6. Conclusion (10 minutes)
