Understanding between quantity surveyor, cost engineer, project owner and stakeholders in construction, The International Construction Measurement Standards (ICMS) is a growing group of more than 40 professional and not-for-profit organizations from around the world, working together to develop and implement international standards for benchmarking, measuring and reporting construction project cost. This seminar aims to broaden participant's knowledge and understanding of the EIT Cost Code that able to associate with ICMS cost code for managing large scale international construction projects.
