This analysis strategy evaluates external factors P-Politic, E-Economic, S-Social, TTechnology,E-Environment and L-Law. The external factors are significant in this vital and dynamic
world. Participants will learn how to evaluate their own situation in order to build correct and effective marketing and management strategy.
Porter’s 5-forces Model
This strategy explains the competitive rivalry of spare part industry. It describes the power and threat of external parties about new entrants, buyers, suppliers and substitution so that the participants understand and are able to evaluate self-situation in competition. Moreover, the participants will be assigned to join one workshop in applying Porter’s 5-forces to evaluate their competitive stance and how to build better competitive advantage.
SWOT analysis
This long-lasting strategy is the evaluation of internal and external factors to create strategy according to our resources. Moreover, after evaluation, the participants are able to enhance their STRENGTH and minimize their WEAKNESS as well as are able to search for OPPORTINITY and THREAT so they can draw the appropriate marketing strategy to pitch in the market.
Blue Ocean Strategy
This strategy is the simultaneous pursuit of differentiation and low cost to open up a new market space and create new demand. It is about creating and capturing uncontested market space, thereby making the competition irrelevant. It is based on the view that market boundaries and industry structure are not a given and can be reconstructed by the actions and beliefs of industry players. BLUE OCEAN is the future market – the unknown market space, untainted by competition. In blue oceans, demand is created rather than fought over. There is ample opportunity for growth that is both profitable and rapid. The participants will learn how to build the blue ocean in their market and how to avoid competing in red ocean situation.
