หลักการและเหตุผล

        IATF 16949: Automotive Quality Management System Standard – This is a globally recognized international standard that is widely adopted and certified across the automotive industry's supply chain. Its primary objective is to ensure customer and stakeholder satisfaction, based on seven key principles of quality management.

        In addition, Risk Management is a crucial principle incorporated into the latest version of IATF 16949. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has also revised the ISO 9001 series, updating it to ISO 9001:2015, which serves as the foundation for the IATF 16949 requirements.

        As a result, organizations must conduct training on risk management to ensure that all personnel understand the new requirements. This preparation will help organizations align their quality management systems (QMS) with the updated standard and drive continuous improvement.

        IATF 16949 มาตรฐานระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพด้านยานยนต์ – เป็นมาตรฐานสากลที่มีการนำไปใช้และให้การรับรองกันแพร่หลายทั่วโลกในห่วงโซ่อุปาทานของอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจให้แก่ลูกค้าและผู้มีส่วนได้เสีย ภายใต้หลักการสำคัญ 7 ประการ นอกเหนือจากนี้ หลักการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยง (Risk Management) ก็เป็นหลักการหนึ่งที่ใช้ในการจัดสร้างมาตรฐาน IATF 16949 ในเวอร์ชั่นล่าสุดนี้ การระหว่างประเทศว่าด้วยการมาตรฐาน หรือ ISO ได้ประกาศแก้ไข อนุกรม มาตรฐาน ISO9001 เป็น ISO 9001 : 2015 ซึ่งเป็นพื้นฐานของการเขียนข้อกำหนดของ IATF ดังนั้น แต่ละองค์กรจึงมีความจำเป็นในการจัดการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร การบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงเพื่อ บุคลากรทุกฝ่าย มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในข้อกำหนดฉบับใหม่ เพื่อเตรียมพร้อม และดำเนินการปรับปรุง ระบบบริหารคุณภาพขององค์กรให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานต่อไป

        Risk-based thinking is presented within the introduction of IATF 16949, which is based off ISO 9001. The QMS is advocating for mitigating and avoiding risk as well as addressing issues through “preventative actions” in previous revisions.

        Risks are defined as either a positive or negative deviation from the expected. Addressing a risk may require pursuing a new opportunity. Organizations are required during planning of their QMS to address both risks and opportunities. Opportunities can include the adoption of new customers, products, technology, or practices.
